MarrFill Floorcoat EC is a two-component pigmented epoxy coating without solvents for horizontal surfaces. This coating is very easy to process and has a high solid content. It has to be processed as a roll coating and is applied to mechanically loaded substrates consisting of concrete, cement screed, natural stone and more. In cured state, this coating is resistant to chemicals, such as jet fuel, diesel oil, heating oil, engine and machine oils, diluted acids, alkalis and de-icing salts. On top of that, MarrFill Floorcoat EC is also applicable in the food industry.

Surface preparation
The surface must be dry or slightly moist, absorbent and fixed. Above all, surfaces that are stained with oil, grease or wax-like products must be cleaned down to the sound concrete. Furthermore, always roughen smooth, dense or cement-rich substrates. Besides that, moving cracks in the underground must be closed. Consequently, add component B completely to component A and mix with a slow running drill at max. 300 revolutions per minute for three minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Sustainability & Storage
MarrFill Floorcoat EC has a shelf life of 12 months, provided that opened buckets are properly closed and stored frost-free, not in direct sunlight, between 5°C and 25°C.
