MarrFill Finish PU is a two-component, transparent, water-emulsifiable polyurethane resin witout solvents. This product is used as a mat topcoat for coating systems in schools, garages, hospitals, showrooms etc. It can be applied to polyurethane or epoxy coatings. MarrFill Finish PU is very elastic, durable and resistant to various chemicals. The resulting substrate is less susceptible to scratches and easy to clean.

Surface preparation
The substrate must be dry and absorbent and must not contain substances that have a negative effect on the adhesion, such as oils, greases etc. The coating to be sealed must be applied max. 48 hours before applying MarrFill Finish PU in order to ensure good adhesion. When applying MarrFill Finish PU to an existing coating, the surface must be pre-treated with an alkaline detergent product using a scrubber. Add component B completely to component A and then mix with a slow running drill at max. 300 revolutions per minute during two minutes until a homogenous mass is obtained. Then pour the material in a clean container and scrape the last remains out of the packaging. Then mix the material for another minute.
Sustainability & Storage
MarrFill Finish PU has a shelf life of 12 months, provided that unopened buckets are stored frost-free, not in direct sunlight, between 5°C and 25°C.
