MarrFill Floorcoat PU is a two-component, solvent-free, pigmented coating based on polyurethane resins for horizontal and possibly vertical surfaces. This coating is very easy to process. The material must be processed as a roller coating and can be applied to concrete, cement screeds etc. MarrFill Floorcoat PU is resistant to mechanical and chemical influences and weathering, no yellowing will take place with UV radiation. The material is also very suitable for surfaces that are continuously exposed to water.

Surface preparation
The surface must be dry (moisture content <4%) and absorbent. Surfaces that are stained with oil, grease or wax-like products must be cleaned down to the sound concrete. With smooth, dense or cement-rich substrates, the substrate must always be roughened. Moving cracks in the underground must be closed. When applying MarrFill Floorcoat PU on an existing layer, this layer must always be sanded. Add component B completely to component A and mix with a slow running drill at max. 300 revolutions per minute for three minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Sustainability & Storage
MarrFill Floorcoat PU has a shelf life of 12 months, provided that opened buckets are properly closed and stored frost-free, not in direct sunlight, between 5°C and 25°C.
