MarrFill Fast Flex is a two-component, pigmented or transparent, solvent-free and very fast-curing coating for horizontal and vertical surfaces based on a polyurea resin. This coating has a low viscosity and is very easy to apply with an epoxy roller or sprayer. It can be applied on substrates consisting of concrete, cement screed, steel, etc. MarrFill Fast Flex is highly resistant to chemicals, such as oils, solvents, acids, alkalis etc. after curing.

Surface preparation
The surface must be dry (moisture content < 6%) and absorbent. Surfaces that are stained with oil, grease or wax-like products must be cleaned down to the sound concrete. With smooth, dense or cement-rich substrates, the substrate must always be roughened. Moving cracks in the underground must be closed. Add component B completely to component A and then mix intensively for three minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Sustainability & Storage
MarrFill Fast Flex has a shelf life of 12 months, provided that opened buckets are properly closed and stored frost-free, not in direct sunlight, between 5°C and 25°C.
