RibbFill Store Coat is the traditional thick coating to make cold rooms gastight. It is a waterborne, one-component sealing product and is specially developed to finish joints in sandwich panel systems for the gastight finishing of rooms. Surface preparation
Clean and degrease the substrate. RibbFill Store Coat can be applied directly on polystyrene and PU foam. Polyester, wood, galvanized sheet iron, aluminum, paint and stony surfaces such as aerated concrete, eternit and brick need to be pre-treated with a CorrFill primer. For coated steel and sandwich panels, use CorrFill Primer DL. For concrete, use CorrFill Primer PA.
Sustainability & Storage
RibbFill Store Coat has a shelf life of 24 months, provided that opened buckets are properly closed and stored frost-free, not in direct sunlight, between 5°C and 25°C.
